By downloading, accessing or using the TucaTrade application or related services provided by XYLOS TECHNOLOGY LIMITED (“Company”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these terms. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and capable of entering into a binding contract.

Trading leveraged products involves a high risk of losing money. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

The Company may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of TucaTrade after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide when registering and using TucaTrade (such as contact details, identity documents for KYC, and transaction records) in order to operate the service, meet compliance obligations, and improve user experience.

We implement technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit where applicable and restricted staff access. We do not sell your personal information.
